Hey everyone, in honor of Knuckles 20th anniversary appearance in February, TeamSonicLovers is holding an art contest!
The contest rules are currently set as follows;
1. The art will need to feature everyone's favorite hotheaded echidna, it can be with other characters celebrating his milestone, or by himself reflecting on his time with the Master Emerald, or even kicking some bad guy butt! It's up to you so long as it follows the group rules, just be creative!
2. The art must be new, nothing that was submitted to your deviantArt page prior to this contest announcement will be counted
3. Art must be submitted to the "Contest Entries" folder, otherwise it will not be counted (side note; if you receive an error message on this folder when submitting please send me a direct message)
4. The contest will end on March 14th and there will be three prizes that will be added to as the contest draws to a close. Winners will be voted on by the mods and contributors of this group in March and winners will be announced and prizes given out on or before March 25th.
First prize will be a single character color image with a very simple background by
as well as some points (amount TBD) and a 1 month deviantArt subscription
Second prize will be a single character black&white image with a Sonic channel style background (if requested) by
as well as some points (amount TBD) and a 1 month deviantArt subscription
Third prize will be a single character sketch with no background by
as well as some points (amount TBD)
Additional rules and prizes may be edited into this journal at a later time so keep an eye out and we look forward to celebrating the birthday of Knuckles with all of you, our members!

Big Group Update!! Everything is fixed!!
Hello all!!
It is my pleasure to inform you that the group has now been fixed, and we can start to submit things normally again!! theres a new fan character and official character folder, as well as a new adoptables folder in place in the gallery!!
im so excited to announce this, i felt so much guilt for having to partially shut down the group in the way that we had to, but ya know, we had to keep things going somehow!! I and the other admins will be going through the others folder and sorting out deviations into their proper place, so that way we can be more active once more c:

Hey everyone!
To sum this up very simply, we're looking for new contributors for the group. We are looking for more on the count of the fact that this group is very large (nearly 4,000 members large!) and there's days we have 50+ plus submissions in our inbox and with only a few admins with busy lives, we need a few more to help cover us when we can't get to them fast enough. So thus, here we are now! Below is the information you'll need if you are interested in being one.

We all enjoyed seeing all the wonderful and creative entries that came through our way, if we could afford to give everyone prizes we would!
